This one-day Masterclass provides professionals with strategic insights into the application of generative AI in business and finance. Participants will explore current developments, organisational strategies, and emerging industry trends. The programme addresses key areas such as fostering an organisational culture supportive of AI, managing effective change, and integrating essential enterprise-level infrastructure including data governance, compliance, and scalability.
Real-world case studies across sectors like finance, retail, and manufacturing will illustrate successful AI applications, highlighting important metrics for evaluating outcomes.
